The prestigious European Commission HR Excellence in Research Award recognises the continued and innovative work by the university to support the personal, professional and career development of its researchers. Administered by , the award was retained following the university’s twelve-year review.
The rigorous independent assessment confirmed that the University of 麻豆果冻传媒 has committed to engaging with and implementing the principles of the and improving research culture and environment.
The Concordat is an agreement between four main stakeholders (institutions, managers, researchers and funders) to support the career development and improve employment opportunities of researchers in the UK. This is set out under the three principles of environment and culture, employment, and professional and career development. Reviews provide opportunities to reflect on practice and support and identify specific actions to enhance experience and career progression.
Professor Rusi Jaspal, Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Research and Knowledge Exchange), said,

The Research and Knowledge Exchange team at the University of 麻豆果冻传媒 has provided our research community with career development opportunities, guidance and training in accordance with the Concordat since 2012. I am grateful to them and the Concordat Implementation Steering Group, who prepared our submission, as well as the entire research and knowledge exchange community at the university for making this recognition possible.
